超时收费：
• 单独包厅：每小时$200
• 两厅全包：每小时$400
福利： 可提供唱歌服务，其他客人不可进入用餐。

Overtime Charges:

Private Event Guidelines

1. 自助餐安排
容量： 以每桌10人为原则。
额外空间： 每空置一桌收取$100费用。

2. 其他信息
• 所有金额不含税和小费。
• 小费： 派对房间小费统一按18%收取。
• 开瓶费： 自带酒水每瓶收取$15开瓶费。

3. 订金政策
• 订金要求： 所有包场预订需支付总金额的20%作为订金，  以确保预订。订金在预订确认后不可退还。
• 支付时间： 订金需在预订确认后的3天内支付，否则预订将自动取消。

4. 取消政策
• 活动开始前7天内取消，已支付的金额将不予退还。
• 特别情况： 若遇到不可抗力因素，如自然灾害或政府政策限制，可协商延期或部分退款。

1. Standard Table/Buffet Arrangements
• Capacity: Based on a 10-person-per-table arrangement.
• Additional Space: Any empty table will incur a $100 fee.

2. Additional Information
• All prices do not include tax and gratuity.
• Gratuity: 18% mandatory gratuity for the party room.
• Corkage Fee: $15 per bottle for any self-brought alcohol.

3. Deposit Policy
• Deposit Requirement: All venue bookings require a 20% deposit to secure the reservation. The deposit is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
• Payment Timeframe: The deposit must be paid within 3 days of booking confirmation; otherwise, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

4. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation Within 7 Days: If the event is canceled within 7 days of the scheduled date, the paid amount will not be refunded.
• Special Circumstances: In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters or government restrictions, postponement or partial refunds can be negotiated.

损坏责任 Damage Liability

•客户责任： 客户对活动期间场地及设备的损坏负全责，需按市场价格赔偿。

•Customer Responsibility: Customers are fully responsible for any damages to the venue or equipment during the event and will be required to compensate based on market value.
